We have had a fantstic week in reception this week. We have been creating lots of artwork with the help of Miss Pardey. Thank you Miss Pardey!

Our new topic is called On the Move.

We are going to be learning all about journeys, transport and change.

We would love it if you have anything at home that you would like to share for our information station about our new topic.

This week we have been reading The Rainbow Fish during our English lessons and we are learning to retell the story in our own words. Today some children made their own Rainbow fish using collage materials.  Here is Lydia’s- I love the pink lipstick!

Today we have been outside having a run through of Sports day. We did a sprint race, an ‘egg and spoon’ race and a ‘balancing a beanbag on your head’ race. We can’t wait for next Tuesday afternoon!
