Y3 used our carpet tiles to create a grid so that they could practise writing algorithms. They had to write a set of instructions to move their partner from one spot on the grid to another. If it went wrong they had to debug their algorithms.
Y3 are making an animal inspired wall hanging in DT. The first phase is to use stencils and transfer paints to make animal skin and eye prints which will be transferred to a piece of poly-cotton.
Thank you to our many parents and grandparents who supported our recent reading breakfast, we hope you enjoyed sharing a book with someone special.
Y3 enjoyed carrying out their own experiment on the effect of friction between the wheels of a car and different surfaces.
